Jean Koute stands out as a designer whose creations make wearers feel exeptional and unique. Coming from a German family known for jewelry design and glassblowing, Jean’s artistic talent was evident from a young age. Initially pursuing a career in sports and nutrition as a rehab and personal trainer, he eventually followed his passion for design.
In 2023, Jean Koute received the Award for „Best Luxury Bags International“ in New York. His designs are now showcased in the fashion capitals and runways of the world, including Paris, Milan, New York, Dubai, Monaco, and soon in Japan. Recently, Jean launched a new clothing collection featuring leather jackets and pants in rock style, as well as a line of children’s clothing, with proceeds donated to the non-profit organization Patriceskids, which protects children against sexual abuse.
Jean began by refining vintage handbags with Swarovski crystals and transforming furniture into unique pieces admired in Munich’s art scene. Seeking to create something unmistakably his own, something different, made of noble materials and immediately recognizable as his in shape and design. So he began to put his idea into practice and he founded the luxury label JEAN KOUTE MUNICH® The guiding principle of the label is: ‘’A new dimension of shape’’ – With all the corners, edges and curves that our life draws, the designer wants to underline the individuality of every single person.
